• Preparation of overall Interior Layout Plan.
• Preparation of the Bill of Quantities and General Specifications, Tender Document preparation, Short listing Contractors, floating Tenders, receiving Tenders, evaluation of Bids, negotiations with Bidders, selection and recommendation of Contractor.
• Preparation of Working Drawings and Details.
• Inspection of work at site during execution, issue instructions and co-ordinate work execution pattern.
• Check progress and Contractors Running and Final Bills and Recommend the same for payment.
